Withania somnifera. Tender perennial shrub; commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine for stress and anxiety reduction and to support overall wellness.

Centella asiatica. Herbaceous wetland perennial native to Asia, in the parsley family. Can be used culinarily (as a vegetable) and has long history of use in the traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine systems for wound healing, skin health, and cognitive function, as it may decrease swelling and blood pressure, and increase collagen production. I enjoy growing this one as a houseplant too!

Tagetes minuta. Also known as "Peruvian Black Mint". Traditional Andean herb often used for culinary purposes as well as for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and digestive properties. Fast-growing and aromatic, essential for sauces like ocopa and aji verde. It's complex flavor is a combination of mint, basil, citrus, and tarragon. Plus - Leaves may repel squash bugs and vine borers!
