When and Where is the event?
The 2026 plant sale will take place Saturday, April 25th from 2-7pm on the back patio of Natural Science Bar, located in Gateway Plaza, Raleigh, NC.
Do I have to register here or have a ticket to attend?
We do have an Eventbrite listing, https://www.eventbrite.com/e/triangle-garden-gangs-3rd-annual-plant-sale-tickets-1985323660512 but you DO NOT need a ticket to attend! Just show up between 2:00 and 7:00pm at Natural Science Bar on April 25th. Bring a friend or two or three if you like!
Is it inside or outside?
The plant sale will be held outside on the back patio at Natural Science Bar. Feel free to grab a drink to enjoy and support the bar while you shop!
What if it rains on April 25th?
If the forecast looks like there will be unfavorable weather, we'll make a call on the Friday before the event if we need to postpone it. The rain date will be the next day - Sunday, April 26th.
How can I buy plants at the sale?
There will be 4 separate booths/sellers, so as you make your selection, please pay for your plants at one booth before moving on to the next. Sellers can take cash or Venmo (no credit cards, unfortunately).
There are so many plants I want! How can I carry them all?
We will have some cardboard trays and boxes on hand for carrying plants, but we've got a lot of variety to choose from, so feel free to bring a wagon or cart if you think you might need it!
Are children and pets allowed at the plant sale?
Children and pets are welcome at the sale (on the patio) with adult supervision, but are not allowed in the barroom of Natural Science Bar. We ask everyone to please be respectful of the venues's policies and be mindful of others, including vendors and fellow attendees. We're expecting a fairly big turnout and want everyone to enjoy their time at the sale!
What will you have for sale?
